The Food is Power meal plan is a flexible healthy meal plan—that you will love! It’s a detailed 4-week guide, with plenty of flexibility for you to add coffee, beverages, or swap recipes out for meals you prefer.  

We’ve taken the recipes from the book, and designed them into beautifully designed, printable meal calendars. This easy to follow plan outlines each meal throughout the day - with leftovers highlighted to mark those “no cooking required” days.

There’s also a precise and organized grocery list that will make grocery shopping so much easier and much less stressful to save you both money and time. You’ll dine out less often, waste less food, and you’ll have the perfect plan to help keep you on track. The list prepares you every week for easy inventory checks and to avoid overbuying. Checkmark as you go, to never forgot any items when grocery shopping!
